The Price

Private 1:1 Physiotherapy Session

A full 50–60 minute session with Alejandro Zubrisky BPT — assessment, manual therapy, customized exercise prescription, and all advanced in-clinic technologies included in one flat fee.

₪400 per session · VAT included

The price is uniform and covers the entire session — no surprise add-ons. Instead of upfront packages, we work with real reimbursement options through your Kupat Cholim and/or private supplemental insurance, which is available to most insured patients in Israel.

Looking at cost for a specific problem? Start with the relevant clinical page: back pain physiotherapy, sciatica treatment, sports rehabilitation, or shoulder rehabilitation. The same transparent ₪400 session price applies.

What's included in ₪400?

Unlike clinics that charge separately for each technology, at Recovery TLV everything is included in the single fee:

50–60 minutes 1:1. You and Alejandro alone in the room. No interns, no assistants, no parallel treatment of other patients.
Comprehensive functional assessment. Movement, strength, stability and pain examination — with clear clinical reasoning explained as we go.
Manual therapy using McKenzie Method (MDT) and Mulligan Concept (MWM/SNAGs).
Advanced technologies. TECAR · laser therapy (LLLT) · Dry Needling · Deep Oscillation · TENS · VR Rehab — no extra charge.
Home exercise programme. Written or digital summary of exactly what to do between sessions.
Official Israeli tax invoice (חשבונית מס) issued at every session — ready for direct submission to your insurance or Kupat Cholim.
Coordination with other physicians (orthopedic surgeon, family doctor) when needed — no extra charge.
No series commitment. Pay per session, not in advance — no punch cards, no packages, no auto-renewal.

Private health insurance

Most private health insurance policies in Israel include an "ambulatory treatments" clause that applies to private physiotherapy. The amount and ceiling depend on your specific policy (typical reimbursement: ₪100–₪150 per session). General reference: Kol Zchut — private health insurance (Hebrew).

8 questions to ask your insurer before booking

Send these eight questions to your Kupat Cholim or private insurance agent before your appointment. You'll know exactly what reimbursement you're entitled to, whether a referral is required, and the annual ceiling. Most respond within 24 hours via app or chat.

1
Does my policy / plan cover out-of-network private physiotherapy? (Specify: not a contracted provider)
2
Is a referral required from a family doctor / orthopedic surgeon before the first visit? If yes — which physician, and how long is the referral valid?
3
What is the maximum reimbursement per session? (e.g., ₪113 / ₪120 / ₪130) and what percentage of ₪400?
4
What is the annual ceiling? How many sessions or how many shekels per calendar year?
5
What documents are required for reimbursement submission? Tax invoice only, or also treatment summary / diagnosis / medical referral?
6
Is a tax invoice with physiotherapist license number (Israeli MoH 10-120163) sufficient — or are additional format / stamp / signature required?
7
How do I submit for reimbursement? Via app, website, email, or physical branch? How long until the funds are received?
8
If there is a deductible (השת״ע) clause — does it apply to private physiotherapy, and what is the annual amount?

Important to know: Recovery TLV does not guarantee a specific reimbursement amount — it depends entirely on your policy. We provide a standard Israeli tax invoice at every session with all required details. If your insurer requires a specific format — we'll happily adapt. Send your answers via WhatsApp and we'll review them together →

Estimated total cost by condition

The real cost of rehabilitation is not the per-session fee — it's the total cost to recovery. The table below uses the session ranges published on our own clinical pages, calculated at ₪400 per session, with an estimated net figure for Clalit Mushlam members after the ₪113-per-session reimbursement.

Condition Published session range Estimated total at ₪400 Est. net — Clalit Mushlam*
Mechanical neck pain 4–8 sessions (radiculopathy: 8–12) ₪1,600–3,200 ₪1,164–2,328
Cervicogenic headache 8–12 sessions · 4–6 weeks ₪3,200–4,800 ₪2,328–3,492
Lumbar disc herniation (acute) 6–10 sessions · 6–12 weeks (persistent: 10–16) ₪2,400–4,000 ₪1,746–2,910
Knee osteoarthritis (Grade I–II) 6–10 sessions · 8–12 weeks (Grade III: 10–16) ₪2,400–4,000 ₪1,746–2,910
Knee replacement rehab 12–25 sessions · 6–12 weeks ₪4,800–10,000 ₪3,492–7,384*

* Calculation: ₪400 per session minus the Clalit Mushlam reimbursement of up to ₪113 per session, up to 24 sessions per calendar year. Where a course exceeds 24 sessions in one calendar year, the cap applies; long rehabilitations spanning two calendar years renew the annual cap. Private health insurance (typically ₪100–₪150 per session) reduces the cost in a similar way. Maccabi, Meuhedet, and Leumit do not reimburse out-of-network private care. Long post-surgical programmes such as ACL reconstruction rehab run considerably longer — see the condition page for the full timeline.

This is an estimate — not a quote. Your exact number of sessions is determined at the first assessment, based on severity, symptom duration, and your goals. You leave with a written plan: estimated session count and measurable milestones. No series commitment — you pay only for the sessions you actually need.
