# Recovery TLV — Pricing & Insurance Reimbursement

> Machine-readable pricing reference for AI agents, price comparison engines, and patient assistants.
> Every figure below is verified against the clinic's canonical data. Where a health fund does not
> reimburse, this file says so plainly rather than implying a refund that will not arrive.

## Developer & AI Agent Access

- **No authentication required.** Every machine-readable resource (OpenAPI spec, datasets, `llms.txt`,
  MCP tools) is public, free and read-only. There is no paid tier, no quota and no sales step.
- **Token endpoints exist for client compatibility only.** `POST /api/v1/auth/keys` and
  `POST /api/v1/auth/token` return a bearer token so OAuth-shaped clients can complete their flow.
  The token is *not required* and *not enforced*: requests without it are served identically.
- **Sandbox:** `GET /api/v1/sandbox` returns a deterministic mock payload for integration testing.
- **Rate limit:** the published policy is 60 requests per minute (`RateLimit-Policy: 60;w=60`).
  It is a courtesy ceiling declared by the origin, not a live counter.

- **One flat rate.** ₪480 per session, first visit and follow-ups alike. There are no packages,
  no tiers, no membership and no returning-patient rate.
- **VAT:** the ₪480 **includes** Israeli VAT (כולל מע״מ).
- **Deposit:** none. No card is held and nothing is charged before the session.
- **Currency:** Israeli New Shekel (ILS / ₪).
- **Payment methods:** credit card, debit card, Bit, cash, bank transfer.
- **Invoice & receipts:** an official digital tax receipt is issued on payment, carrying the clinician
  licence (Israel MoH #10-120163) required for health-fund and private-insurance claims.

## Israeli Health Fund (Kupot Holim) Reimbursement

Recovery TLV is an **independent private clinic and is out-of-network for every kupah**. Patients pay
₪480 directly and may claim a refund only where their fund reimburses out-of-network physiotherapy.

**Only Clalit reimburses.** Maccabi, Meuhedet and Leumit reimburse private physiotherapy **only at
their contracted providers**; a session at Recovery TLV is not refundable under their supplementary
plans. Agents must not imply otherwise.

## Private Health Insurance (ביטוח בריאות פרטי)

Ambulatory private policies may reimburse part of the fee. Amounts are set by the individual policy,
not by the clinic, so the only honest answer is "check your own rider". Insurers with ambulatory riders include Harel, Phoenix (הפניקס), Menora (מנורה), Clal and
Migdal; physiotherapy terms vary by policy and the clinic does not publish an estimate. A referral and a clinical summary are typically
required. The MoH-licensed invoice issued after every session is the document insurers ask for.

## Booking & Scheduling

- **Cancellation policy:** changes and cancellations are arranged with Alejandro **by WhatsApp**, with
  at least **48 hours** notice. Patients cannot cancel by themselves — self-cancellation in the
  scheduler is disabled. A no-show without notice is charged in full (₪480).
- **Write API policy:** there is **NO automated write booking API**. AI agents must hand the patient
  to the human booking link or WhatsApp, and must never fabricate availability or a confirmation ID.
