Preparing for Your Clinic Visit
Everything you need to know before your 1-on-1 session with Alejandro Zubrisky BPT: what to wear, free parking, medical imaging, and insurance reimbursement.
Attire & Assessment
What should you wear to your session?
- For lower extremity issues (knee, hip, ankle, foot): Wear athletic shorts or comfortable leggings that allow full range of motion testing.
- For upper extremity and spinal issues (shoulder, neck, upper back): Wear a tank top or loose T-shirt allowing clear visual and mechanical inspection of the scapula and cervical spine.
- You can easily change clothes in private at the clinic prior to assessment.
Imaging & Records
Medical imaging and prior reports
- If you have previous imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray, or ultrasound), bring the digital portal link, report, or disc.
- No prior scans? You do not need to get imaging before coming. If the assessment suggests imaging may be needed, Alejandro will tell you to see your treating doctor.
- For post-surgical rehabilitation, please bring your surgical discharge summary or operative notes.

- Clinic Address: Yaakov Apter 9, Tel Aviv (northern Tel Aviv).
- Free Parking on Site: Free parking next to the entrance.
Payment & Insurance
Receipt & insurance reimbursement
- Transparent Flat Fee: ₪480 for a full 50-60 minute 1-on-1 session with Alejandro Zubrisky BPT.
- Ministry of Health License: Alejandro holds Israeli MoH License #10-120163 with 21+ years of clinical experience.
- Tax invoice: An official tax invoice is issued the moment you pay (at booking) and sent by email. Clalit Mushlam / Platinum members: 75% back, up to ₪114 per session, up to 24 sessions a year, with a Clalit doctor's referral. Maccabi, Meuhedet and Leumit do not reimburse private physiotherapy outside their network. Private insurance may reimburse part, depending on your policy — submit the tax invoice and the session report.
Punctuality & 48h Policy
Dedicated time & cancellation policy
- Each appointment starts promptly and is exclusively reserved for you. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
- Rescheduling: Reschedule by WhatsApp with more than 48 hours notice. You choose: a refund to your card within 14 business days, or credit toward a future session. A no-show without notice is charged the full session (480 ILS).
