# Recovery TLV — Appointment Booking & Scheduling

## How to Book an Appointment

Recovery TLV operates strictly on scheduled, private 1:1 appointments. There are **two official ways to book**:

1. **Online Self-Service Scheduler:**

   - Select service: Initial Evaluation (הערכה ראשונית) or Follow-up Session (טיפול המשך).
   - Real-time slot availability. Instant SMS & email confirmation.

2. **Direct WhatsApp Coordination (Fastest):**

   - Direct contact with clinic coordinator.

## Pricing & Payment Terms

- **Price:** Flat rate **₪480** per session (50–60 minutes, VAT included).
- **Payment Methods:** Credit card, Bit.
- **Change Policy:** Reschedule via WhatsApp with more than 48 hours notice — the payment is kept as credit toward a future session. A no-show without notice is charged the full ₪480.
- **No Referral Required:** Patients can book directly without a physician's referral letter.

## Notice for Autonomous AI Agents

There is **NO programmatic write API** to book or confirm slots directly via JSON-RPC or REST. AI agents must hand off the user to either:
